Our family had a wonderful stay at this house in uptown. The location was perfect and the house and space were very comfortable. Everything was clean and bright! The warm fireplace was a nice cozy amenity for the cold January nights. We enjoyed hiking in the morning and then coming back to relax in the hot tub and walking 5 minutes to grab a bite for dinner in uptown. I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Sedona and can imagine enjoying the summer nights sitting outside around the huge deck.

My Sisters and I decided at the last minute to bring in the New Years together and we were able to book Jeremy's Unique Boxcar Place. Definitely affordable considering last minute like the day of New Year's Eve. Prior to us booking it he responded and answered our questions. It's located in an older neighborhood, but right off the freeway from many restaurants and shopping. When we notice the lack of glassware in the cabinet contact Jeremy to let him know he was willing to come over the next day to fill what was missing. We just wanted him to know immediately so we wouldn't be responsible for missing things. He was very appreciative of us letting him know. The check out instructions were very simple not demanding. It did get hot in the box cars, but the temp was adjusted and it cooled off quickly. Yes we will stay there again a very unique experience. Thank You Jeremy again for being an AMAZING HOST! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

Loved staying here! It was very cozy, Jeremy was always responsive, & the location was great! there’s a bar with really good food only a few minute walk away + a small grocery store which was very convenient

Jeremy’s place matches photos and is very clean. However for 2 adults, 2 large dogs it’s a small place to stay and felt like we were on top of each other. As for the yard, it’s open to both units and not separated at this Airbnb if you’re bringing dogs. The points i bring up, there’s really nothing Jeremy can do on his end so for everything that was listed, the photos, and the Airbnb being very clean, we really enjoyed our stay. Something i did notice is every concern someone brought up in previews reviews, Jeremy has fixed and definitely puts time and effort into his Airbnb.

This place was great, we had to book it last minute when our other Airbnb was terrible. Jeremy was a great host, even wrote a handwritten card, left a gingerbread kit and sparking cider. It’s the little things that make a big difference, will definitely return to this house in Tempe next time we are in AZ!!!

The house is in good shape and had lots of family-friendly amenities. Parking available for up to 4 cars. The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, serving utensils, dishes and cups. There were plenty of outdoor activities available to keep us busy. The kids loved the hammock and the putting green. The grill & fire table worked just fine. Inside we had a great time with the air hockey and vintage arcade games. The TV and wifi were also reliable. Overall, the house and yard are spacious and good for a small gathering. Any complaints are extremely minor. The host has obviously thought ahead about lots of details.

The place is quiet and cozy, perfect for our family. The hot tub was a welcome amenity in the cold mornings with a cup of coffee. The rooms were good size, especially the bunk bed room. The wood stove in the living room kept us warm at night. The host was responsive and accommodating. Overall great experience.

Jeremey was amazing host! Quick response time and always available. His home is gorgeous comfortable, and set up to be extremely user-friendly with everything that you need to peacefully enjoy your stay.
