With a private pool, a 90s game lounge and a separate movie room, there’s plenty to look forward to when you return. 🎮 THE ONE WITH THE GAME NIGHTS The converted garage is now a dedicated entertainment lounge with a 90s spirit and Friends-inspired touches. Choose from hundreds of arcade games, including Pac-Man, NBA Jam and other classics, challenge someone to billiards or settle in for a round of poker. When it’s time for a change of pace, the karaoke stage is ready for your group’s next performance. Two arcade machines, a karaoke setup with one microphone and an acoustic guitar are available to enjoy. Connect your phone to the screen beside the stage and use the free karaoke app; instructions are provided at the home. 🎬 MAKE A NIGHT OF IT Choose a film, settle into a leather recliner and enjoy an evening in your own private movie room. The 85-inch TV and seven-seat setup make it a welcoming spot for a smaller group to unwind while others continue a game or relax outside. There are six leather recliners and one additional non-reclining seat. Bring your own streaming logins; subscriptions are not provided. 🏊 POOLSIDE AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS OUTSIDE Start with coffee on the covered patio, spend a warm afternoon beside the private pool and bring everyone back outside for dinner from the grill. Six loungers give you space to stretch out, while the outdoor ping-pong table and cornhole offer a little friendly competition between swims. As the evening cools, gather around the fire table and enjoy some time together under the string lights. The outdoor dining tables seat 12. The pool is unheated, so water temperature varies with the weather and season. A removable pool fence is installed before arrival. 🍳 ROOM TO GATHER The kitchen and living area make it easy to stay part of the conversation, whether you’re making breakfast, sharing takeout or planning the next day. You’ll have a well-equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, baking essentials and a drip coffee maker, plus a dishwasher for cleanup. Afterwards, settle onto the sectional or bring out a board game. Two indoor dining tables seat six each, with four more seats at the island, for 16 indoor dining seats in total. NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION Downtown Mesa is roughly a 10–15-minute drive from the home in lighter traffic, with restaurants, Mesa Arts Center and the Arizona Museum of Natural History to explore. Spring training fans can catch the Athletics at Hohokam Stadium or the Cubs at Sloan Park. Tempe’s ASU campus and Tempe Town Lake are around 15–25 minutes away by car, with Mill Avenue and Tempe Marketplace offering more dining and shopping. Allow roughly 20–30 minutes for Old Town Scottsdale’s restaurants, galleries and shops. Scottsdale Fashion Square, OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland offer other options for a day in Scottsdale. Gilbert’s Heritage District is around a 15–25-minute drive for a meal or an evening out. Elsewhere in Gilbert, explore SanTan Village or the trails at Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch. Cactus Yards is another option for guests visiting for baseball or softball tournaments.
